“I was a first time home buyer going into a very hot springtime market. The properties I had really liked were all getting a lot of interest and multiple offers. Seeing as this was my first experience in real estate I needed help. At an open house for another great property I met Ben Shoveller and decided that I needed some expertise if I was going to be successful in this market. Once again I found myself going into a multiple offer scenario for this property. All of the offers were very competitive but with Bens insights and unique strategies I was the successful offer. Im now a proud home owner in no small part thanks to him. Throughout the whole experience Ben was accessible, friendly, honest and helpful.” – Graham Osborne
