Before real estate, I spent 15+ years in construction and landscape architecture—building, renovating, and designing the kind of homes and yards I now help people buy and sell. When we walk a property together, I'm not just looking at the finishes. I'm reading the construction: what's solid, what's going to cost you, and what a fresh coat of paint might be covering up.

That background changes how I work for you. I'll give it to you straight, even when it's not what you want to hear. Sometimes the most valuable thing I do is talk you out of the wrong house. My job is to protect your money and your time, then guide you to the right outcome.
