Catherine’s specialty is providing seniors and their families with compassionate, knowledgeable guidance, leveraging her real estate expertise and network of exceptional professionals to transition seniors into homes that better support their needs and lifestyle.

She has over 10 years of experience as a REALTOR®, real estate investor, and landlord, along with previous education and work experience in geriatrics, making her uniquely qualified to manage moves for seniors.

Her genuine and friendly approach puts people at ease, and her professional contacts and years of experience work together to create smooth, stress-free transactions.

Catherine was born and raised in Guelph and now lives just south of the city in Puslinch with her two teenage sons, her partner, and her parents (ask her about multi-generational living!). She is very active in her community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Guelph General Hospital Volunteer Association and the Optimist Club of Puslinch. When she’s not working, she can be found hiking local trails, enjoying coffee at local cafés, or shuttling busy kids around town.
