Lee Jackson is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over two decades of experience in senior leasing and leadership roles. His career includes tenure at Oxford Properties and JLL, where he worked closely with landlords, developers, and investors to shape high‑profile projects and guide strategic leasing initiatives. Lee has developed particular expertise in the retail and food & beverage sectors, supporting stakeholders through the procurement and placemaking of tenants to ensure the successful lease‑up of master‑planned developments and the strategic backfill of vacancies at active projects.

Today, Lee is the Managing Partner and co‑founder of Bridgeline, a strategy and innovation advisory firm dedicated to advancing transformation in real estate and retail. Through Bridgeline, he continues to advise clients on competitive positioning, technology adoption, and the creation of resilient, future‑ready portfolios.

Lee provides selective commercial real estate support through Coldwell Banker, where he focuses on helping clients navigate complex opportunities across retail, food & beverage, and mixed-use environments. He also draws on an extensive professional network to connect clients with trusted subject-matter experts when specialized guidance is needed. His mix of senior leadership experience, sector specialization, and advisory insight makes him a valuable resource for clients pursuing strategic commercial decisions.

Beyond his professional work, Lee is deeply committed to the Guelph community. He and his wife are raising three children—Theo, Teia, and Otis—and he actively contributes to local youth sports. Lee serves as an executive and board member with the Guelph Minor Lacrosse Association, where he holds the role of Treasurer, helping to strengthen the organization and expand opportunities for young athletes.
