Born and raised in Guelph, Jeff has a deep-rooted connection to the community and a genuine understanding of the neighbourhoods, people, and lifestyle that make the area special. His local knowledge allows him to guide clients with insight that goes beyond the listing—helping them find homes that truly fit their lives.

After high school, Jeff pursued Construction Engineering at Fanshawe College, where he developed a strong understanding of how homes are built from the ground up. This hands-on knowledge of structure, quality, and craftsmanship gave him valuable insight on how solid foundations create not just houses, but lasting homes for families.

While working in the construction industry, Jeff was inspired by watching his father build a successful career in Guelph’s real estate market. Seeing the impact that honest guidance and hard work can have on people’s lives sparked Jeff’s own passion for real estate and helping others through one of life’s biggest milestones.

Outside of real estate, Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors and fishing—interests that reflect his patience, focus, and appreciation for balance. As he begins his real estate career, Jeff is committed to providing clients with honest advice, clear communication, and a supportive journey from start to finish.
